MITASU, a consultant with experience in JICA-related projects in Japan, and DIAMOND43, which has experience sending young people overseas, collaborated to support young people in Myanmar facing difficult situations. This led to the establishment of DIAM.

Our Promises

Transparency

We adhere to the official procedural costs for sending workers and do not collect any additional fees. Costs for visas and study abroad are also transparent to reduce the burden on young people.

Economic Support

We provide living assistance to economically disadvantaged youth, especially those in ethnic minority areas, offering them learning opportunities.

Individualized Support

We provide guidance tailored to each individual's aspirations and aptitude, moving beyond the mindset of "any job is fine as long as I can go to Japan."

Living Globally

Our education aims not only for Japanese language acquisition but also includes IT skills and liberal arts for success in a global society.

San Tit Oo International

Has contributed to Myanmar's agricultural development for over 20 years by supplying high-quality Japanese seeds.

Heho Agricultural Training Center

Implements a three-year program providing the latest agricultural technology and practical Japanese language education for local young farmers.

In collaboration with these partners, we plan initiatives focused on the agricultural sector for technical internships and specified skilled workers. We expect young people who have learned advanced Japanese agricultural technology and management methods to become leaders in modernizing Myanmar's agriculture upon their return.
